Producer

Flashlight TV is expanding it’s might to include a new creative commercials arm. With this exciting venture comes possibilities and we are looking for a dynamic, talented producer to head up the team and help push the company forward. 

This is not your ordinary producers job; you’ll be joining a family, have the freedom to create and  the chance to grow alongside the company.

Our expectations are:

-At least 2 years industry experience in a similar role.

-You’ll have a positive attitude and competitive spirit to take ownership over projects.

-Writing and producing creative, effective pitches that will win contracts.

-Confidence to meet and pitch new ideas to clients while representing the company.

-To discover and earn new clients, plus maintaining our relationships with existing ones.

-Being extremely organised and able to meet targets without supervision.

-A strong understating of style and tastes, with a detailed knowledge of current trends.

-The desire and ability to produce shoots on location, while working with our directors.
